ReVerie has developed a 'Three Element Rear Diffuser' to replace the 3-piece diffuser offered on the S2. This diffuser offers improved down force when compared with the standard part and has little effect on the vehicle's coefficient of drag. The 2x2 twill autoclaved carbon fiber material gives the diffuser an excellent surface finish that complements the car's design. No modifications are required. It bolts right in using stock fasteners! Select from 4 different styles - Exhaust cutouts (+$50):
- Federal Elise/Exige exhaust.
- Federal Elise SC/Exige S & oval tip exhausts.
- Lotus Stage II exhaust.
- No cutout:
- Fits Eurostyle exhuasts.
- Fits single-tip, side exit exhausts.
Model Compatibility *Diffuser must be removed when running car on rolling road or chassis dyno. High exhaust temperatures can damage the heat shield and carbon fiber. All carbon fiber products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal bodywork and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are handcrafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. |
